Private coaching for senior professionals operating in organisational systems
Confidential, structured coaching for leaders navigating complexity, visibility, and responsibility — without corporate admin, and without vague outcomes.
Availability is intentionally limited to protect depth, focus, and quality of work.

Virtual / hybrid
Best for
Leaders who feel the cost of “staying the same” is higher than the cost of coaching — and who want to show up differently, quickly.
Step-up pressure
New scope, higher visibility, complex stakeholders, bigger expectations.
Confidence + presence
Less doubt, more clarity in key moments.
Hard conversations
Clearer feedback, stronger boundaries, cleaner accountability.
Shahrukh’s approach combines structure, emotional intelligence, and clear challenge. I work with leaders who want to think clearly, decide cleanly, and lead with confidence in real organisational contexts — not abstract theory.
About Shahrukh
Shahrukh Faridi
ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
His coaching approach
Structured: clear goals, success measures, and a plan you can follow.
Practical: tools and rehearsal for real conversations and meetings.
Challenging (in a supportive way): we don’t avoid the hard truth, but we don’t do shame either.
Confidential: private coaching stays private (ethical escalation only where risk requires it).
What clients typically notice
More confidence in high-stakes moments
Cleaner decisions and fewer reactive patterns
Better stakeholder relationships and influence

Clarity
Private clients want outcomes without jargon. This is designed to be practical, direct, and high leverage.
What you get
Clarity
We define what “better” looks like — in your role, your context, your week.
Clear goal + success measures
Priorities and trade-offs
Decision rhythm and focus
Tools you can use immediately
No theory dumps. We build behaviours you can practise tomorrow.
Influence and stakeholder approach
Presence in high-stakes meetings
Conversation scripts and practice
Accountability
You won’t just “think differently” — you’ll lead differently.
Between-session actions
Progress tracking
Course-corrections fast
Private coaching, still structured
Most private coaching websites are vague. This stays outcome-led, because your time and money are on the line.
Clear goals
Confidential
Practical tools
Fast progress
How it works
Simple, calm, and effective. You’ll know exactly what’s happening and why.
Step 1: Fit call
We confirm what you want, what’s getting in the way, and whether coaching is the right intervention.
What you want to be different
What’s currently happening
What “success” looks like
Step 2: Contracting & coaching plan
We get a fix on the smallest set of high-leverage moves that change your results fastest.
Key behaviours to build
Practice + accountability
Logistics and progress check-ins
Step 3: Coaching: Practice & real-world integration
We translate insight into observable behaviour inside your actual role. This is where clarity becomes capability.
Apply new behaviours in live leadership situations
Test decisions and stakeholder conversations in real time
Refine approach based on outcomes, not theory
Build consistent leadership rhythms
Step 4: Review & consolidation
We review progress against agreed success measures and stabilise the gains. You leave with embedded habits, not dependency.
Assess behavioural shifts and impact
Adjust goals where complexity has evolved
Strengthen accountability habits
Agree next phase or close with clarity

Common questions
Short answers — because you’re busy.
-
My focus is leaders and professionals in organisational contexts (including founders and senior specialists). If your goal is mainly clinical wellbeing support, therapy is the better route.
-
Yes. If your organisation may fund, use “Request a proposal” and I’ll structure it so it’s easy for L&D/procurement to approve.
-
To protect quality, I only take a small number of private clients at once. If I’m full, I’ll offer a waitlist or recommend next steps.
-
No — private coaching is confidential. The only exception is ethical escalation where risk requires it (rare).
Want your employer to sponsor coaching?
This is a surprisingly common path: you start privately, then your organisation funds the full assignment once the value is clear.
How to get sponsorship (simple)
Frame it as outcomes (not personal development): stakeholder impact, performance under pressure, influence.
Ask for a pilot: 6–8 sessions as a scoped assignment.
Offer measurement: success measures + theme-based sponsor updates.
Easy for L&D
Procurement-friendly
Low admin friction
Use this link for internal approval
Send your L&D/HR partner to the For Organisations page — it’s written for internal review and procurement.
The proposal form is designed to reduce email back-and-forth — which speeds approval.
Investment & positioning
Private coaching is scoped by role complexity, goals and the pace of change you want.
What you’re investing in
Structured coaching with clear outcomes
High-leverage tools and practice
Accountability that creates behaviour change.
How we keep it fair
We scope to your goal and timeline
If budget matters, we trade scope (not impact)
You’ll know options on the fit call
Best fit clients
Senior roles or step-up transitions
High stakes, real responsibility
Ready to practise between sessions
Why pricing is scoped?
Assignments vary by role complexity, stakeholder context, and cadence. Scope is agreed before fees are confirmed.
This saves both of us time — and keeps the work high quality.
Who it’s not for
Not a fit if you want…
A quick motivational boost with no follow-through
Therapy or clinical mental health support
Someone to “fix” your organisation for you
Advice-only sessions with no practice
Great fit if you want…
Clear decisions and calmer leadership under pressure
Better influence and stakeholder outcomes
Sharper conversations (feedback, conflict, boundaries)
Behaviour change you can see in your week

One important note
Private coaching is not a “chat and feel better” service. It’s a structured change process. If you want a gentle check-in with no practice, I’m not the right coach — and that’s a good thing to know early.
Ready for a quick fit call?
We’ll get clear on your goal, the gap, and whether coaching is the right move. If yes, you’ll leave with a simple plan.
Next step
Book a 20‑minute fit call or request a proposal. Clear scope, fast next steps.
