I’m a Leadership Coach with over 15 years of corporate experience, having managed £10m worth of business, overseen a wide range of teams and spearheaded tech start-ups.

Having coached nearly 100 clients in varied industries, I have built a strong reputation as a specialist in this space. Whether it’s rediscovering your leadership, shaping your personal brand, creating your vision, widening your network or optimising professional relations, I will challenge (politely) the leader within you and take you to the next level. I don’t work at the “skill-level”. I work with my clients to help them develop helpful leadership patterns (thought, emotional, behavioral, poise etc) which are transformational.

I love working with clients who are ambitious, reflective and value self-development. Being inspirational comes naturally when you connect to your vision and are authentic in your approach. And I love to help people with that.

I’m also an NLP Practitioner and a Somatic Coach and bring in aspects of those alongside the knowledge and years of experience in this area. I take a supportive and creative approach in my coaching. One of my most popular interventions is giving my clients objective feedback based on my observations from client’s paradigm. A lot of my clients find this a breakthrough moment.
